RTO system is suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas with medium and small air volume and medium and high concentration. The system is mainly composed of RTO oxidation chamber, burner, regenerator, internal insulation system, combustion supporting system, switching air valve, compressed air system, exhaust system, heat exchanger, etc. The VOCs in the waste gas are oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO2 and H2O through the high temperature zone (750-850 ℃) of the RTO oxidation chamber.
The RTO unit includes at least one set of ceramic packed bed heat exchangers with a heat recovery rate of up to 95%, which can save fuel consumption for heating up and reduce operating costs. The fan is controlled by frequency converter to adapt to different operating conditions. The waste heat recovery part is mainly composed of heat exchanger, pipeline, fan, etc. the waste heat of the gas discharged after combustion is recycled to the production workshop and domestic water to save energy and create benefits.
