The new ceramic cyclone, made of high-quality clay, is characterized by making the cyclone separation segment an overall non-leaky structure, thus effectively overcoming the defects of multi-segment structures that can easily cause leakage and affect dust removal efficiency, as well as the use of horn skirts and conical insertion head structure at the bottom of the cyclone pipe, which is more convenient to connect with the bottom ash bucket. The horn skirt does not penetrate the exhaust holes, so that the ceramic cyclone dust pipe can effectively prevent cracking when burned, and improve the production yield. The central exhaust pipe, the import cyclone body and the cyclone separation cone of the cyclone separation section are made into one, and the central exhaust pipe is out of the infleter plane, which is equipped with an add-on horn interface, so that the ceramic cyclone dust removal pipe has at least the overall interfaceless structure in the cyclone separation section, which can effectively avoid the leakage of wind at the interface, and the internal wall caused by docking is not smooth, to ensure the cyclone separation effect.
