Horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge (referred to as horizontal screw centrifuge) is a device that uses centrifugal sedimentation principle to separate suspension. For solid particles equivalent diameter = 3um, weight concentration ratio: 10% or volume concentration ratio = 70%, liquid-solid specific gravity difference: 0.05g/cm3. all kinds of suspensions are suitable for liquid-solid separation or particle classification using this kind of centrifuge.
The horizontal screw centrifuge produced by our company has six series and eleven specifications, including LW-250, LW-350, LW-430, LW-450, LW-500, and LW-550. The rotor structure is divided into parallel flow, countercurrent, composite spiral, two-way extrusion and other forms have concentrated, dehydrated, graded, concentrated and dehydrated integrated models in use, so it can be widely applied to chemical industry, light industry, pharmacy, food, environmental protection and other industries.

According to the specific use background and requirements, our company has developed a variety of combination modes of centrifuge drum and spiral propeller:
1. Two AC variable frequency motors and two frequency converters are adopted to drive the drum and spiral respectively, and the differential rotation speed is adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the auxiliary motor. In addition, the automatic control function of differential speed is added;
2. Use an AC variable frequency motor frequency converter to drive the drum, and a hydraulic motor (variable frequency) with independent hydraulic pump to drive the spiral, and adjust the differential rotation speed by adjusting the flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The differential speed can be automatically fed back and adjusted according to the pushing load.

Structural features:
1. Drum and other main parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel;

3. Large LD ratio design can increase the settlement area of materials, prolong the settlement time of materials in the drum, and lower the moisture content of filter cake.
4. The drum conic section structure with large cone angle is adopted to enhance the extrusion force of the spiral to filter cake and increase the solid content by filter cake. Under the same separation factor, the filter cake is drier and the liquid is clearer, the operation is more economical.
5. Select cycloidal pinwheel, planetary gear or hydraulic differential with heavy load and large transmission ratio; Its slag conveying torque can reach 3600 N. m, greatly improve its slag removal capacity.
6. The drive system is designed for double motors and double frequency conversion, with adjustable differential rotation.

Application Scope:
The decanter centrifuge is suitable for solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation and size-grading of various suspensions with solid-phase particle sizes of 0.005-15mm, consistency of 1-40% and temperature of ≤ 100°C, esp. for separating the suspensions whose consistency and particle size vary greatly and for which recovery of filter cloth is difficult, such as treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barrium carbonate, strontium sulphate, lithopone,starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, drinks, vegetable oil, citric acid, powder of blood, powder of titanium white, kaolin clay and drilling mud, etc., and dewatering of washed coal and fine coal, purification of waste oil, treatment of grain stillage liquid waste and municipal sewage and mineral classification.
